You may have notices that there are several backgrounds and buttons shown in the sample windows. The background that you choose can be a matter of personal preference. In fact, there are about 30 different backgrounds from which to choose. |

You may preset the number of minutes allowed for Tier II and Tier III students. This can be modified before an Agenda is printed, but the values set here are your personal defaults. If you provide an eMail suffix, then the software will attempt to build the email address of a teacher based on the first initial and last name. As an example, let's use a suffix of "@anySchool.k12.ms.us" and enter a teacher's name of "Martha Stewart." The software guess that the teachers eMail address will be MStewart@anySchool.k12.ms.us. (You may change this value when necessary.) A contact phone number for the TST Chairperson can be established for form letters that go out to parents. This may be changed on the form before being printed, but is offered as a default value. Some general values show up many times. Use the preferences window to set up things like "intervention by", "intervention frequency", etc. |
