RTI is a collaborative effort, a joining of like minds, where educators pool their resources to determine what interventions are effective and how these interventions might be improved. Where does the RTI model leave us?	While the RTI model is something that we fully support (heck, our TST Monitor software implements the RTI model) RTI is still, in the end, only a model. It is a great set of tools and offers a plethora of ideas, but the practical end of the education is in the doing - not the discussion.
